Ann has been involved in agriculture most of her life including her farming/ranching operation. She attended Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo, and graduated with a degree in Crop Science and a minor in Ag Business. She has eighteen years of experience with enforcement of pesticide laws and regulations. Ann holds certificates as a Qualified Applicator, Pest Control Advisor, Global G.A.P. trainer, , HACCP and Primus. Ann has assisted over 100 growers with inspections conducted by the Agricultural Commissioner's Office (Department of Pesticide Regulation) and Cal-OSHA. She has built a strong working relationship with Agricultural Commissioners Offices in local counties. She enjoys helping growers and employees achieve compliance through training and consulting.
Raul Murguia

Raul attended California State University of Stanislaus, and graduated with a Bachelors of Arts in Criminal Justice. He has experience working in the fields, agriculture industry and offers great customer service. Raul is fluent in both English and Spanish. He looks forward to working closely with growers and employees for training and consulting in Pesticides and/or Cal OSHA. Raul also has his Qualified Applicator License, Private Applicator's Certificate, Global G.A.P. trainer, HACCP and is a Forklift Certified Trainer. He brings a wealth of skills to our team.
Oscar Fierros

Oscar graduated from the University of California at Santa Barbara. He has approximately ten years of turf management experience; including turf equipment operation, turf management, and pest and disease control. Oscar has extensive experience teaching and providing case management services. He holds a current Qualified Applicators License and Pesticide Applicator Certificate. In addition, he is a certified American Red Cross First Aid/CPR/AED Instructor, Forklift Trainer, UC IPM Pesticide Safety Instructor, and has completed Cal-OSHA Heat Illness Prevention in Agriculture Training.
Aldo Ledezma

Aldo has worked in the dairy industry for approximately 12 years and is fluent both in English and Spanish. He was directly involved in many facets of food safety and food manufacturing, following Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP’s) to achieve grade A status through the process of unloading raw milk and seeing the product through its pasteurization and packaging process. Four years of foreman experience in which duties included conducting food safety, GMP and Cal-OSHA trainings using self-created PowerPoint presentations. Aldo is a certified First Aid/CPR/AED and Forklift instructor and has his Sampler’s and Weigher’s license and Pasteurizer’s license. He has many years of experience in training agricultural employees to Cal-OSHA, DPR and Food Safety regulations. Aldo holds a current Qualified Applicator License (QAL), Pesticide Applicator Certificate (PAC) and Food Safety Modernization Act (FSMA) certification.
Nicholas Cisneros

Nicholas is fluent in both English and Spanish and comes from a family migrant agricultural workers preparing him with experiences to educate agricultural workers. He has completed multiple training courses including OSHA 40-Hour Hazardous Waste Worker (HAZWOPER), OSHA 10-Hour Construction and Cal-OSHA 10-Hour General Industry. His hand-on experience operating various pieces of equipment contributes to his ability to be an effective educator. Through the years Nicholas has educated countless employees in Cal-OSHA, DPR and Food Safety requirements. Nicholas holds a Qualified Applicator License (QAL) and Private Applicator Certificate (PAC) and Food Safety Modernization Act (FSMA) certification. In addition, he is a certified American Red Cross First Aid/CPR/AED Instructor, Forklift Trainer, UC IPM Pesticide Safety Instructor.
